This notice explains what SRY STUDIOS collects through this website, why, and what you can ask of us. It is written to match what the site actually does.

What we collect

If you use the Start a mandate form we receive what you type: the outcome you describe, your sector and mandate preferences, your name, company, email address, an optional phone number, your preferred city, and the time you gave consent. We use it only to reply to your enquiry and to run the conversation that follows.

Analytics

When analytics are switched on, the site uses a cookieless, privacy-first service that records page views without identifying you and without setting cookies. No advertising or cross-site tracking is used.

How long we keep it

Enquiry details are kept for as long as the conversation is live and deleted within twelve months of the last contact, unless an engagement follows, in which case they are kept under that engagement’s agreement.

Your rights

You may ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, and withdraw consent at any time. Use the contact details on this site; we answer within two working days.

Changes

We will update this notice if the site’s behaviour changes, and the date of the current version is shown in our records.
